Boys Team

ABOUT OUR TEAMS

Apollo Gymnastics competitive program consists of both boy’s and girl’s team. We currently have over 100 gymnasts. The vast majority of competitive team gymnasts advance from our recreational gymnastics program. Our competitive team develops the skills needed to compete at the local, state, regional and national levels. Gymnasts train year round and generally compete between the months of September and May.

The boy’s competitive program trains boys at the pre-team level as well as levels 4-10. Our Pre-Team boys train about 4 hrs a week. Our Compulsory Level 4 Team boys train about 10 hours a week, Compulsory Level 4 - 6 boys train about 16 hours a week and our Optional Level Team Boys train about 18 hours per week during the school year.
