We offer a wide variety of gymnastics and tumbling classes for boys and girls ages 18 months and older. The recreational classes are designed to provide a non-competitve, developmental program involving strength, flexibility, and gymnastic skills. Along with vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline, your gymnast will be challenged both physically and mentally through a variety of skill progressions. Children advance individually and not collectively as a class based on their strength, flexibility, skill ability and maturity. Families are notified when their child is ready to advance. We offer two sessions per year: the School Year Session (Sep - Jun) and the Summer Session (Jul - Aug). You may enroll your child at any time during either session. The first months tuition and family registration fee is required at the time of registration. You may register on line or all “Beginner” level classes. You may also register in person for beginner, intermediate & advanced classes. A disenrollment form with your final months tuition payment is required to disenroll your child from a class prior to the end of the session. For class schedules and fees click on the links at the top of the page for the classes in which you are interested.
Parent Participation Classes (Boys & Girls ages 18 mo - 3 1/2 yrs)
The parent participation classes offer more than just a great time. This program introduces basic movement education, gymnastic positions, and learning to maneuver safely through the gym. Our instructors emphasize social skills, self-confidence, balance, coordination and much more. Under the instruction of our coach, parents will guide their child through a series of gymnastics activities. Parent and child must remain with the class instructor and group at all times.
- Parent/Tot Classes (ages 18 months to 3 1/2)
Boys & Girls Recreational Classes (ages 3 1/2 - 5 yrs)
The Tiny Tots & Hot Shots co-ed recreational classes are designed to provide a non-competitive, developmental program involving strength, flexibility, and gymnastic skills. Instruction will combine both basic men’s & women’s USA Gymnastics training elements plus trampolining. Students must be potty trained and able to train and remain with our gymnastics instructor at all times. At this age maturity and ability to focus can vary greatly. Occassionally we find a child more comfortable with a younger class. Our staff will work with you to determine the best fit for your young gymnast.

Tumbling Classes - Boys & Girls (Ages 10 yrs & Up)
Tumbling classes are devoted to specific tumbling skills needed to become a cheerleader and/or to develop a gymnast from a beginner level to advanced level or tumbling. Now more than ever, cheerleaders are required to use tumbling extensively in their sport. High school gymnasts also attend these classes to maintain, develop, and improve their tumbling. In an effort to safely accelerate learning time, all tumbling classes make use of many tumbling aids such as skill cushions, barrels, incline mats, Tumble Trak, trampolines, and pit systems.
Three different skill level classes are offered:
- Tumbling I (Beginner Tumblers) - Splits, cartwheels, round-offs, back walk overs & back handsprings
- Tumbling II (Intermediate Tumblers) - Perfecting back handsprings with a light spot and round-off back handsprings
- Tumbling III (Advanced Tumblers) - tucks & layouts
Trampoline and Tumbling Classes - Boys & Girls (Ages 6 - 9 yrs)
These classes introduce beginning trampoline & tumbling skills as well as develop more advanced skills. The classes are coed and of mixed-age grouping. Safety is emphasized and the two in ground trampolines as well as the Tumble Trak provide for a safe learning environment.
