Gymnastics Coaches.

Job Location:  Woodbridge, VA

Description:  Train children & teenagers in recreational gymnastics program; provide instructions & guidance in development of strategy & techniques; evaluate the physical condition of students, & ensure that they correctly perform their prescribed routine exercises as well as exercises to improve muscle strengthening & conditioning.  Involved in establishing & maintaining schedules for competitive teams & team coaching staff & students; development of training schedules for competitive team gymnasts & competitive team administration.  Implement course objectives, following guidelines of USA Gymnastics & International Olympic Committee.  Evaluate students’ progress, record results & issue reports to parents.  Make recommendations to students regarding appropriate diet to maintain their health; oversee any assistance, such as first aid, to be provided to injured gymnasts.  Make recommendations to injured gymnasts to seek medical treatment & physical therapy as needed & monitor their progress in responding to treatment & therapy.
