Need a date night, dinner out, movie night, or simply a few hours to yourself?

Parents' Night Out at Apollo Gymnastics gives children a fun-filled evening of games, gymnastics activities, obstacle courses, movement challenges, and supervised free play while parents enjoy a well-deserved break.

Held on the second Friday of every month, this exciting event is one of our newest family programs and is open to both members and non-members.

Drop the kids off, enjoy your evening, and let our experienced staff take care of the fun.

Who: Children ages 4–18
Requirement: All participants must be fully potty trained

Every Parents' Night Out includes a variety of exciting activities such as:

Our experienced staff supervise all activities throughout the evening.

Parents' Night Out is designed as a recreational event rather than a structured gymnastics class. While children will have access to a variety of gymnastics equipment and activities, participants must remain in designated supervised areas and follow all staff instructions.
Safety is always our highest priority.
