Apollo Gymnastics invites you to join us for our annual USA Gymnastics-sanctioned Xcel Invitational! Step into our Enchanted Fairy Garden for a fun and memorable weekend of competition featuring all Xcel divisions, from Bronze through Sapphire, as well as Women’s Development Program Compulsory Levels 2–5.

Coaches and athletes can look forward to a professionally organized competition in Apollo’s spacious gymnastics facility. Coaches’ hospitality will be provided throughout the meet, and concessions and vendors will be available for athletes, families, and spectators.

Competition Dates: April 16–18, 2027
Location: Apollo Gymnastics, 12700 Apollo Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22192
Eligible Levels: Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire; Development Program Levels 2–5
Athlete Entry Fee: $140 per gymnast
Team Entry Fee: $50 per team, per level

 

Registration is now open through the USA Gymnastics Reservation System. Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so clubs are encouraged to reserve their spots early.

 

Refunds and Changes​

The deadline to scratch an athlete and receive a refund is February 16, 2027. Substitutions and level changes will be accepted through March 16, 2027. No substitutions or level changes will be accepted after March 16.
